Most small businesses have two problems, not one. People cannot find them — and when they do, there is nothing that makes them want to stay. I work on both: the technical side of being found, and the visible side of being chosen.

I have been doing this since 2024. That is not a long time, and I would rather say so than pad it. What it does mean is that I learned search in the era of AI Overviews and helpful-content updates, not in the era of keyword density — so I am not unlearning habits that stopped working years ago.

I do not guarantee rankings, because nobody honestly can. What I will tell you is what I did, why I did it, and whether it worked.
