Our story
A small kitchen with a mustard-yellow door
Shorshe Kitchen started as a family kitchen cooking for neighbours. The recipes are the ones we grew up with — slow, a little spicy, and never in a hurry. Everything is cooked the same day it is served.
The name means mustard: the sharp, golden sauce of our shorshe ilish, the dish people come back for.
